Extraordinary driver's licences (EDL)
If you have been disqualified from driving but you need a licence for work, medical or other reasons, you can apply for an
extraordinary driver's licence. For a fixed price we will assess the merits of your case, advise you of the likelihood of the Court granting you an EDL, and represent you in Court on the hearing date.
Removal of disqualification
If you have been disqualified from driving for more than 3 years you can apply to have your
disqualification removed - but you will need to persuade the Court that you are not likely to reoffend. For a fixed price we will assess the merits of your case, advise you of the likelihood of the Court removing your disqualification, and represent you in Court on the hearing date.
Drink driving offences
If you have been charged with a drink driving offence and want to contest the charge, enter a plea in mitigation (guilty plea) or if you just want to learn more about the law, visit our drink driving page.
"Hoon laws" - vehicle confiscation and impounding
If you have had your car impounded or confiscated under the "Hoon Law" amendments to the Road Traffic Act but you weren't driving, or you need the car for work, medical or other reasons, you can apply to have the car returned to you. At a short consultation we can assess the merits of your case, advise you of the likelihood of the court ordering your car be returned and argue your case for you at a hearing.
