Application for new titles or registration of survey


Upon receipt of a copy of your proposed Survey-Strata/Strata/Deposited Plan endorsed, if necessary, with the Western Australian Planning Commission's approval, we will:

  • liaise with one registered encumbrance holder to consent to the application;
  • prepare the Application, arrange for you to sign it and lodge it at Landgate; and
  • notify you once Landgate issues the new titles.

In addition to our fixed fee, we charge all government fees (Landgate fees and transfer duty) at cost.

For more complex applications, we will give you a written quote in advance.

Our size and resources enable us to handle large volumes of settlements with efficiency and accuracy.

We will negotiate a discount on our flat rate settlement fees for developers who require bulk settlements.

Off-the-plan sales contracts

We will tailor our services and costs to meet your requirements and project budget. These are some of our indicative prices (excl. GST) for pro-forma off-the-plan sales contracts:

  • Strata development: $3,500
  • Vacant land development: $2,500
